1. Services Provided

Life in the UK Coach offers the following services:

• Life in the UK Test coaching
• B1 Speaking & Listening exam coaching
• UK Integration and Settling programmes
• UK Workplace Integration coaching

Our services are delivered via 1-to-1 sessions, group sessions, online meetings, or workshops as agreed. We aim to provide high-quality guidance, support, and educational coaching.

 

2. Booking and Payment

• All sessions must be booked in advance.
• Payment must be made in full or as per the agreed payment plan before sessions begin.
• We accept payment via online payment method.
• Prices are subject to change but will be communicated before booking.

 

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Clients must give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of individual sessions.
• Late cancellations or missed sessions may not be refunded or may incur a fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, providing as much notice as possible.

 

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds for coaching services are only provided in cases where we are unable to deliver the service as agreed.
• No refunds are provided once a session has commenced or after digital materials have been accessed.
• Any requests for refunds must be made in writing.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate personal information relevant to the services.
• Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions punctually and prepared.
• We provide guidance and coaching, but passing any official exams (Life in the UK Test, B1 Speaking & Listening, etc.) cannot be guaranteed.

 

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

• All personal information shared during coaching is confidential and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.
• We comply with applicable UK data protection laws, including the Data Protection Act 2018.

 

7. Liability

• Life in the UK Coach is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of our services.
• We provide guidance, coaching, and resources, but the responsibility to prepare for and pass exams lies with the client.
• Clients participate in coaching sessions at their own risk.

 

8. Intellectual Property

• All materials provided by Life in the UK Coach (documents, videos, handouts, exercises) are copyright-protected.
• Clients may use materials for personal learning purposes only and may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without written permission.

 

9. Code of Conduct

• Clients are expected to behave respectfully during sessions.
• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in termination of coaching without refund.

 

10. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
• Clients will be notified of significant changes before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
